For over 65 years, Hawthorne Rubber Manufacturing Corporation has supplied to OEM, industrial, laboratory, and engineering development groups precision custom molded rubber parts to exact customer, industrial, FDA and military specifications. We are also suppliers of standard AS-568A rubber O-rings, grommets, bushings, balls, suction cups, stoppers, and die cut gaskets. We have supplied other rubber related services and custom mixed compounds to our customers, including other rubber manufacturers.

MADE IN THE USA! In-house precision custom injection, compression and transfer molding. We use computer controlled presses to improve quality, repeatability, and reduce scrap. In many of your designs, fully automated injection presses can be used.

Products are molded to rigid specifications and tested to your requirements. Industrial, International and MIL-Spec capability.

Rigid controls are established at all stages of production, combined with 100% inspection and a full time Quality Assurance Team to follow production from raw material to shipment, assuring consistent quality in your products.

We supply rubber to metal bonding, industrial, FDA, dental, clear, and conductive rubber. We work with a wide range of materials, including Fluorocarbon (both Fluorel and Viton®), Fluorosilicone, Silicone, Urethane, Nitrile, Neoprene, EPR, SBR, and Natural Rubber.
